The quality of our faculty is the foundation of everything we do. Africa Retail Academy draws on the depth of Lagos Business School's faculty community, international academic partners including IESE Business School in Barcelona and senior practitioners from Africa's most respected retail organisations.
Our faculty are not generalists who have imported retail frameworks from other geographies. They are specialists who have researched Africa's retail markets, advised its leading businesses, and engaged its policymakers and who bring that depth directly into the classroom and into every research and advisory engagement we undertake.

Programme Leadership
Prof. Uchenna Uzo
One of Africa's foremost authorities on retail management and consumer behaviour. He leads the academic direction of ARA, overseeing programme development and faculty engagement.
Prof. Louis Nzegwu
Leads the strategic programming of the Africa Retail Congress. His expertise spans retail economics and the intersection of business and policy in African environments.
